Terms of Service
Last updated: August 23, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CryptoMelon platform, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be a legally registered organization or an authorized representative of one. You may not use the Services if you are subject to sanctions or located in a jurisdiction prohibited by applicable law.
3. Self-Custody and Key Control
CryptoMelon provides infrastructure for multi-party computation (MPC) wallets. Private key shares are generated and held by your organization and its designated operators. CryptoMelon does not have access to your funds, private keys, or the ability to unilaterally move assets on your behalf.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes, to maintain the security of your API keys and signing credentials, and to comply with all applicable anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and tax laws.
5. Fees and Billing
Fees are described in your order form or subscription plan. You are responsible for all network gas fees and on-chain transaction costs associated with your wallets.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoMelon and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to losses resulting from lost key shares, unauthorized withdrawals approved by your operators, or blockchain network failures.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
